Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with Bear's training.
Anthony is the best! We're working with him according to the directions you gave us and
plan to make him an alumni that you will be proud of. Should we encountered any setbacks that we can't handle,
we'll contact you for advise and perhaps some additional training.
